This spot REALLY has a dutch vibe! The location is awesome. I could walk to all the beautiful sites. It's a short walk to the museums and vondel park. The area is quiet. The communication was super, i arrived late due to a flight delay, and they were understanding. The staff is helpful the rooms are clean.

Although breakfast isn't offered, there is fantastic coffee available. Guests can utilize a fridge. A grocery store is nearby so procuring food is easy plus there is space to eat.

The people are VERY nice and helpful. Staff helped with luggage. The hotel offers free coffee in the morning to everyone. Guests can leave luggage after checkout.

The room was spacious and very clean! At night it was quiet. The beds are comfy. Rooms overlook a park plus a canal, a great view to start your day.

the staff was friendly enough.
The room was quite small. There was barely any space to move around. the bathroom was also tiny and lacked any shelves for toiletries. additionally, the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep.

The location was very convenient, close to the tram and shops. The staff members were helpful . The room was super clean. Clean sheets and towels were provided daily. I found the backyard outdoor seating particularly nice.
I noticed that the walls were thin. I could hear some noise from people walking outside the room.
