great location friendly staff steep stairs audible noise
The location is great. I found a nice grocery store only a few feet away. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the room was clean.
I noticed that the room lacked an elevator and the stairs felt steep. I could easily hear noises from other rooms.

fantastic stay!
dutch vibe excellent location quiet area helpful staff
This spot REALLY has a dutch vibe! The location is awesome. I could walk to all the beautiful sites. It's a short walk to the museums and vondel park. The area is quiet. The communication was super, i arrived late due to a flight delay, and they were understanding. The staff is helpful the rooms are clean.

Although breakfast isn't offered, there is fantastic coffee available. Guests can utilize a fridge. A grocery store is nearby so procuring food is easy plus there is space to eat.

The people are VERY nice and helpful. Staff helped with luggage. The hotel offers free coffee in the morning to everyone. Guests can leave luggage after checkout.

The room was spacious and very clean! At night it was quiet. The beds are comfy. Rooms overlook a park plus a canal, a great view to start your day.

The location is peaceful. It is a short walk to the city center. Shopping centers, bars, and restaurants are very close. Tram stops for different lines are minutes away.

adequate, but some issues
small room lack of shelves
the staff was friendly enough.
The room was quite small. There was barely any space to move around. the bathroom was also tiny and lacked any shelves for toiletries. additionally, the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep.

The location was very convenient, close to the tram and shops. The staff members were helpful . The room was super clean. Clean sheets and towels were provided daily. I found the backyard outdoor seating particularly nice.
I noticed that the walls were thin. I could hear some noise from people walking outside the room.

friendly staff convenient location
the staff was friendly , and the location was quite convenient. a grocery store was located downstairs, especially useful for getting snacks.
the stairs were STEEP , and there was no elevator.
